This is why EJ is just better off quoting what other outlets have reported; when he tries to actually write something all by himself silly things tend to happen. I like that he's one of the few pro-SMU voices at the DMN, but the whole "fact checking" and "understanding the situation" process seems to usually be just outside his grasp.

It really is just sloppy work.

Holy Cow! I paid a lot of money for my SMU Journalism degree. Fact checking? Editing? This would never have been acceptable back in the day. What a joke. Enormous Joke.

in all fairness, he didn't say it would be our Day 1 starting lineup. most likely correct for 2/3 of the season.

That is comical. Based on the practices, the starting five will be as many predicted - Nic, KF, Sterling, Tolbert and MK.

I think B Moore will start a few of the early games, with Tolbert off the bench.

My guess is Larry will do with Semi this year what he did w/ MK last year - not tinker w/ starting lineup but give him big minutes off the bench when he's eligible
