Louisville: Does anyone else think . . .

Postby Smulaw90 » Thu Nov 12, 2015 5:32 pm

Is it just me, or does anyone else believe that some powerful folks at Louisville are funding/promoting the lawsuit against Katina Powell (the escort) and the publishing company for her book.

For those of you that might not know, Ms. Powell is now being sued by six (6) of the women she named in her book. The women appear to allege that they "danced/stripped" at the parties at Billy Minardi Hall but that no sexual activities ever took place.

Trust me, someone, somewhere, has paid and/or encouraged these women to come forward. I'm just trying to figure out how this helps Louisville in the long run. Stippers are ok, but sex? No way!!!

Perhaps the belief is, "if you can't believe some of what she is saying, you shouldn't believe any of what she is saying...." Not sure how this argument appeals to the NCAA.

What a mess!

my takeaway is that Louisville knows how to cover these things up and we are still learning....
