Tolbert earned his second consecutive weekly honor after posting 19.0 points and 21.0 rebounds per game in an undefeated week for No. 18 SMU. The redshirt senior pulled down a career-high 23 rebounds Wednesday in a win over Nicholls State. The 23 boards are tied for the most in the nation this season and tied the conference single game record. Tolbert recorded his fourth double-double of the year in Thursday's win over Hampton with 20 points and 19 rebounds.

Lawson tallied his fifth double-double of the season Friday against Ole Miss, finishing with 21 points, 14 rebounds and a career-high five blocks. The freshman had double-digit rebounds in both games for Memphis last week and averaged 16.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, 4.5 blocks and 2.0 assists. He made 80-percent (12-of-15) of his shots from the charity stripe.
