As for No. 9, SMU has its best team in, what, 60 years - and its going NOWHERE because the school refused to appeal the ridiculous post-season ban.
Sorry, but I can't get into it.

Adios. It has been discussed a million times why it was handled the way it was. Either you just don't get it, or you can't read. Go follow the equestrian team.

I thought it was a mistake at first also, but watching the new talent makes me realize it is best for the program not to trail this out. So I admit I was wrong. Tough decision but the right one.
It has been done to death though, so let's just have fun watching a great team do what they love to do.

I should have added a Number 10 to my list in Letterman style, but this is just my observation of their attitude: The CU fans griped about their poor FT shooting and were complimentary of their 3 pt play, but they didn't seem to understand that the craziness of their long distance accuracy won't happen every game.

The team would have played well regardless of if they had appealed or not.

Honestly though SMU was the one getting the wrong end of the calls. There were a lot of no calls against us on the glass and Ben Moore's 4th foul was a complete joke.

We do not know all the story behind challenging the post season ban. I will say it is more important to get scholarships back and we challenged that issue.
I hate the galactically unfair NCAA. NC runs a 20 year grade scam and gets nothing.

Yea UNC cheats for 20 years, there is a credible whistle blower, UNC admits to it, and NCAA does nothing after what 2+ years? They have basically said the problem was so big and wide spread its an institution issue not athletic so we as the NCAA can't do anything. What a joke.

I am sure that Nic would disagree with the call complaint after he got run over in the lane and there was no call.

It's actually quite infuriating.
