Shake at the end of the half

Don't take this comment too far, but....
His awareness of the game, vision on the court, and absolute, complete body control and control of everything around him as a frosh... and just his smoothness on offense and defense.
When I watch Shake, there is a little bit of Jordan at UNC there. Again, don't take that too far. I'm just saying that is what his smooth play and body demeanor remind me of.
He's going to leave after next season as a lottery pick. He is a really special player, and will play in the NBA at a high level for a long time.

Jordan wasn't as good as Shake his freshman year.

That was an NBA play all the way. The clock awareness, starting his move with 5 seconds left, that step back, and of course the execution. I'm not ready to call him a lottery pick after next year, but I think he will play in The NBA. Still hoping we get him for 4 years.

No he's not. That was your typical JasonB hyperbole, but I think he's got a good shot at the league someday.

He's a pure scorer/closer/go-to guy

I find myself just watching Shake for minutes at a time. What an amazing player.

I like to get out there ahead of everyone

. Sometimes I get it right (Gilbert, Hunt, LeRibus), sometimes I am way off (Burcham, Shaq, Stewart).
Shake has "it" though. And size. And a nice shot. I noticed the adjustment Cincy made to keep him from driving right, which will be interesting to watch. He is for real. I hope you guys are right and he sticks around for longer. But he will be lottery rated by the end of next season.

I've been here all of 2 threads and I've already read a Shake/Jordan reference and a Ben Moore/Sam Perkins comparison. I need air

How about we just enjoy Shake instead of some posters trying to use their limited basketball knowledge and proclaim draft status.

Hope we get the aussie forward. He reminds me of Dirk.

Some of us might have more than limited knowledge of basketball.
But sounds like some people definitely think they know more than the rest of us.
Hell, even so called draft experts get it wrong quite often.
It's fun to speculate.
