Pardon The Interruption: Tony Kornheiser Comments

Postby Smulaw90 » Thu Jan 14, 2016 6:13 pm

Tony Kornheiser's Comments on Pardon the Interruption/ESPN: "If they go 16 and. . . if they somehow go totally undefeated and they are barred from going anywhere, they are a legendary team at that point. Because people will say, "what might have been. . . "

Nice.

Nothing negative about the BS penalty the NCAA gave us though and how stupid it was to give us such a terrible consequence. Also nothing about how the players had nothing to do with anything. Love the publicity, but hate when these guys just gloss over how royally screwed we got.

They had 1 minute and 45 seconds. If they spent time talking about all the stuff you already know you would not get to hear their positive opinion of the team.

Its great that they like the team, but they could still do better.

It's obvious you don't watch the program very often a minute and 45 seconds is huge

I do watch. Just want better for the players and their story. Realize the format of the show, just wished they had taken a swipe at the NCAA and the injustice of their punishment. They could have said something (F the clock).
Our program has been dumped on for years in the media and always a doormat for the NCAA. So yes I'm extremely happy that people are finaly talking about SMU and our team. They just owe our school a he'll of a lot more.

SMU only video

Thanks posting. That is greatness.

Please please keep winning.

Life in general owes you nothing. Important life lesson if you don't have it yet...

Great segment

IMO, PTI is the best show on ESPN. I like and respect the opinions of both Kornheiser and Wilbon. They work so well together, great chemistry.

Agreed on the life part in general obviously, but not with these players. I think they are owed a lot for what they've been through. The segment was good, just not complete IMO.
