I'm very grateful and thankful to both Jordan and Markus for their contributions, but they are bull in a china shop bigs. No skill aside from Markus' high/low passing. No ability to face, shoot or get buckets over their shoulders. That changes next year Froling, Semi and Ben w range
Obviously, we need another big, preferably a legit rim protector w/a motor. We miss Yanick in that way. I know we're scouting additional PGs, which I'm fine with, but anyone added, 1-3, needs to be able to ISO and create. We play exceptional team ball, but have no one who can ISO and get points when it breaks down. That needs to change. Obviously, keep sharing, playing the right way, but get a cold blooded killer off the bounce.

Exactly hoop - we have very good bigs for 6-9 guys. We need two 6-10 plus that have multiple options to finish. Forling is a start - but we need at least one more.

MK has been the biggest disappointment this season. Arguably he's made his pro prospects (whatever they may have been) worse this year with his play.
Jordan has been MIA for a month.

Seems to me that guys who are rim protectors and create their own shot typically spend one year (max) in college, and generally at Kentucky

Those of you jumping on MK please recall he has had a bad ankle all season. He has done what he can do, and we should be thankful for it,

Probably doesn't help that MK just had a close friend killed, mind must be elsewhere and understandably so.

Need a guard who can handle and create. Need a big who can rim-protect. Two kids, not one

I get the ankle and I get the passing of his friend. Doesn't change the fact he has a very limited arsenal. He hasn't really been our best big since soph year. I appreciate his efforts but I'm looking forward to a slightly more skilled frontline that can give us different looks.

Well at least MK knows he's been sucking.
I'm still grateful for everything he's done for us. But he's been a hole in the lineup this season.

Everyone knew we would be better this year in the backcourt and have some holes in the front court. Didn't hurt us in our big games non-conference because Michigan has no bigs and Stanford has an awful backcourt. Beat Gonzaga on a bad performance by one of the bigs.
Don't bring hate against MK and JT - they are 4s playing a 5. They are doing what they can. We need two true 5s and we will be a lot better defensively, which is our problem right now. UConn scored every single time out of a TO. We don't have an inside presence on defense at all.

Need #1 - McDowell
Need #2 - Kapita and/or Fernando
Let's hope Bruno doesn't commit to Bama on his visit. Isn't that this weekend?

I heard Duke is looking at Bruno as well. Anyone have a sense of who's in the lead for him right now?
