Dan Wolken: Based on what I'm hearing out of Memphis I think it's more likely than not Pastner returns in 2016-17. The $10 million buyout is daunting.

No dog in the hunt but I like Pastner. I hope he stays and turns Memphis back into a solid team.

I find it hard to believe this is true but if it gives us more opportunity to give TigerJ hell I'm all for it.

Not surprised. Memphis has little to no financial backing and they few donors that they have have already agreed to finance Pastner's salary. Sorry it comes to this but they could have as much as two years to go before they could reasonably afford to get rid of him.
