can't wait to see what B. Moore and Sterling Brown can do next year now that they are going to be out of the Senior's spotlight. Check out these crazy shooting stats for Sterling on the year:
FG: 61%
FT: 86%
3 Points: 56%
Those are super-star numbers. Green light next year? Interesting in last 3 games he's been a key ingredient in kicking the team up a notch averaging 16.3 ppg. He was one kid that wasn't going to let Brimha intimidate last nite on drives to the basket. Could he be that type of kid over an entire season if he took a few more shots?

Sterling and Ben will both play in the NBA. I expect Sterling to look for his shot more next season. He is absolutely deadly from deep and he's one of the most efficient wing scorers I've ever seen.

That's a pretty bold assertion.

Check out career progressions on Brown-Freshman through Junior Year:
FG: .469 .525 .610
FT: .571 .784 .857
3 Pt: .362 .444 .556
with that kind of year over year improvement and with his height is the sleeper Sterling Brown a potential long shot NBA prospect?

I think each of them but most definitely Sterling...have a better shot at the NBA than Nic, Markus and Jordan.

Nic's going to be on a training camp roster next year. He's going to have a shot. I wouldn't be shocked if he goes in round 2 of the draft either. Markus and JT will be on summer league rosters, the rest is up to them.

IMO, Sterling is better at this point than his brother who had a nice NBA career. Both are elite defenders and shoot the ball well. LB will rec Sterling to anyone who will listen. Plus, Sterling is 6'6", Shannon is only 6'4".

They'll all get a look one way or another and it's possible that any or all could "play" in the NBA in some way shape or form. I just think Ben and Sterling fit more normal NBA roles. All of them have the advantage of graduating with degree from LBU.

Sterling has improved each year. He has the physical tools and is clearly a passionate competitor. I expect his attempts to go up at least 50% next year as Nic's shots will be distributed to Shake and Him. If he is as good a shooter and slasher as his numbers suggest he will make it to the NBA. Ben just needs to keep plugging away at developing his jump shot. He get's that to be a weapon and he is an NBA player for years.

Sterling has also passed up a bunch of threes with a pump fake (with defender flying by) to get a better/closer look or a clear pass. I am glad he finally took a couple more last night. His shots are smooth and deadly.

Agree. Ben's jump shot was on point last night. Good sign.

Ben's jumper has improved steadily. Another off season of work on it should make it even better. Shake, Jarrey, Sterling, Ben, Froling and who knows who else should all be able to either stick the jumper or pump fake and go to the hoop. Let's just hope that once inside there are bigs who can make the last pass like Markus, Nic and Jordan.
