2003-04 B-ball

Since this years football program is in the crapper...again, let's talk b-ball. Who is gonna step up and be our second scorer? Is it Simspon? Isham? Those who go to the practices can you enlighten us. Also, how is the rack looking? I hope he steps it up this year.

Simpson has bulked up quite a bit. He is now an upperclassmen and team captain. I think he is gonna have a big year. Isham and Castro should also be ready, they have alot of experience now. Rack looks alot more comfortable, but practice is just practice. I only watched a few minutes of one practice, but Demetric Bennett was on fire and really confident. Might be freshman enthusiasm, but he has a definite D-1 body and a quick release on his shot. The key is still Hop. I couldn't tell if he has his explosion back because he didn't try to dunk or anything, but he looked like he was having fun and that was good to see.
