SMU...
Lots of unforced errors. Bad passes, lack of rotation, silly shots...disorganized offense. Actually watching almost any basketball besides SMU makes me appreciate how well our team protects the ball, is patient on offense, always seems to run the break well, etc

So true. There are maybe a dozen teams with coaches who insist their kids " play the right way."
After watching three years of it...,
It's so easy to see.

Granted, Temple beat us. But yes, I like how we play.

When at full strength, I think we play a little slow, but that's my only gripe. Love my Terps too, and they have far more talent than SMU did this year, but I despise watching them. I'm enamored w Larry, watch his coaching DVDs, read coaches notes about his presentations etc. The way we play, has positively spoiled me. The guys is a hoops savant and we're well oiled.

Watching the Aggies play yesterday gives me great hope for next year. Granted they were playing a low seed but so were Cal, MSU, WV, Baylor and Purdue.
The Ags weathered the storm and played well with Senior Leadership, depth and talented frosh.
That sounds a lot like SMU 2016-17.
