82. Shake Milton | SMU | Sophomore | PG
A surprise player for the Ponies. Now that Nic Moore has moved on, Milton runs the show here, and he'll have SMU vying for an at-large bid. He's a point/combo guard with length and a keen shooting eye.

I'm not sure what's surprising about the guy. He was highly recruited

That's the first thing I thought. Shake was a high 4-star with offers to many other major hoops schools and he had a terrific freshman season. Nothing surprising about his level of play at all.

He was the best player in Oklahoma. So yeah, not really a surprise.

AP Top 25 Preseason Rankings were announced today. SMU didn't receive any votes but received one vote for the US Today Coaches Poll

I agree, but it doesn't hurt.

Starting from Game 1, the preseason rankings help form the regular season rankings.

No top 25 OOC. Only a possibility of playing Michigan as a team receiving votes
