Un-F'in-believable...wonder how much they will dish out to UNC for all of those A+ grades in courses that only existed on paper...

I think I saw that Pitino was complaining that they lost 2 scholarships. 2!

that's a pretty cynical slant on the proposal

Sounds to me like they are simply rewarding schools who excel under the NCAA APR standards -and logically withholding pay to those schools that fail to meet the academic standards

I think it actually makes sense to reward schools that meet high academic standards

I think that article was one of the worst backass-backwards stories I've read. Writer's angry tirade didn't seem to make logical sense-if a school is cited for academic fraud the NCAA should deal with it once its discovered
