Shake Milton Draft Projection

Postby PonyLawExpress » Sun Oct 30, 2016 9:30 am

Shake is not projected as a draft pick in the 2017 Mock Drafts. He is projected at number 15 in the 2018 mock draft. Hope it all "shakes" out this way. I'm sure he could go after this year, but he would probably be best served with two more years.

It would be even better if he stays four years and moves up to top 5 pick in 2019, but that would still be great!

I prefer to talk about the great soph season Shake is going to have at SMU rather than his going pro

Exactly! Worry about it if it happens. Same can be said about Semi and Courtland in football.

This! For Shake, Semi Ben Moore and Sterling: breakout seasons! We'll worry about the rest all next summer.

It's not a worry, just sharing a thought and something I saw. Of course lets focus on how he/we play when the season starts and let it sort itself out. I didn't say i'm scared he is gonna leave, just saying thought it was interested thats where he is in the mock drafts and seems like he would be better served to be here two years..

If Shake and Semi play well enough this year to declare for the draft in the spring, that would be great for the program and help us recruiting elite guys going forward by showing them that Jank can put guys in the league
