Know @SMUBasketball well. Ojeleye is conference POY candidate, Shake Milton terrific but best NBA athlete is Jarrey Foster. 18 vs EMU today.

He has taken a huge leap so far. Really impressed with him today.

At the game I was comparing him to Quinton Ross who started as a Freshman but his role as a freshman was to complement SMU's loaded offense. As upperclassmen graduated he emerged as the Man and the best NBA prospect as well

What a difference a year makes. It has only been two games, but he has looked really good.

A lot of people said that we stole him because of his knee injury his senior season. I think they may be right. He is going to be a great player for us. I love him playing above the rim.

Ryan Manuel athleticism with far better offensive skills.

My first thoughts exactly. He really filled out. The guy had like 5 dunks 1st half - just knows where to be on the court.

Foster is definitely more active and playing with more confidence. Definitely have enjoyed watching his development from last year. Looks like a different player. Credit to Coach Jank for starting Foster against Eastern Michigan. Maybe a reward for playing well in practice (not sure). Credit to Foster for delivering. The effort that Foster brings to the floor on both ends is contagious. Let's don't go as far as labeling Foster an NBA Player just yet, but I definitely like what I see. Keep up the good work Jarrey!

I think what coach Fran is suggesting is that he has the physical frame and athleticism to be an NBA player when a lot of the guys we call NBA prospects really don't fit despite being great college players

JFoster looks flat out explosive. Really confirms that it takes 2 years to fully recover from an ACL injury (same thing happened after both of my ACL tears).

No airballs yet too. It's too early to say for sure - but he looks much more confident out there (and hence much improved).
