Posted: Sun Jan 29, 2017 11:14 pmUSF and Cincy were in the Big East for about 5 or 6 years. Wouldn't call that a legacy. Cincy was a historically great program (and still is) when it was in the Metro/Great Midwest and CUSA. For all practical purposes USF has had a major athletic program (1-A football) for about 15 years. I think they were also in the Metro in basketball in the early 90s and made a few NCAAs.
