SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AACI haven't seen this emphasized but
SMU 99-21 Cincy 93-31 UCONN 87-46 quite an accomplishment for a once dormant program "With a quarter of a tank of gas, we can get everything we need right here in DFW." -SMU Head Coach Chad Morris

Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AACConsidering the programs in the top half of our league, it truly is remarkable. Big props to Turner, Hart and the donors for investing in the staff and renovating Moody.

Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AACWe just need to covert to NCAA tourney wins!
Pony up!
Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AACI really enjoy beating the teams that owned us during the C-USA days. Chipping away at our negative record and they really hate losing to us.
Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AAC
Other than UConn and their Natty run, AAC has performed very poorly in post season. That's going to have to change before we earn any national respect and most likely only SMU and Cincy will have the opportunity this year
Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AACLooks like some one at SMU media took my drunken 3 a.m. post and ran with it

Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AAC
I feel like we will be sitting at 26 again
Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AACit could also read, "SMU unable to negotiate contract with the head coach responsible for the biggest turnaround in NCAA history, after waiting until the eleventh hour, the last months of a five year contract...began badly when offering a contract of lesser terms" David Miller, yes, but this administration was in a bind to remodel Moody according to the terms of the Bush Library do they deserve any credit? Check back in three more years.
Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AAC
This post could read as having been written by someone who is embarrassed that both Rick hart and president Turner were shown in the audience in Tulsa last night despite his recent claim that hart does not attend games and his long standing claim that Turner does not care about sports.
Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AACYeah I know I woke up this morning bitter and angry about the direction of our Basketball program and our Head Coach who only has a 29-4 record playing with the shortest bench in the Country

Re: SMU is the No. 1 Program Since Joining AACGood stuff, smusic.
Also, we have an incoming class of four really good players all with high ceilings (Landrum, Chargois, Ray and Douglas) and two stud transfers (Whitt and McMurray) that will join two guys who will be AAC POY candidates (Semi and Shake) and a guy who is quickly getting on NBA scouts' radar (Foster). This program is going to hell...... ![]() SMU-12 NCAA appearances, 1 Final Four
