Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UH
I do love the UH band. They play a lot of cool stuff and all their students chant/sing to all their stuff
Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHBig time game. Really hope we come with our "A" game and super high energy. Do it not and we'll get beat. Toughest game left on the schedule (UConn is a close second simply because it's AT UConn). Memphis is playing better also, but that game is at Moody (and we could be playing for the reg season championship so I'm not too worried about that one). This one however. Very worried. Pony Up!!
Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHUH is treating this game like it's their Super Bowl. Which in turn, makes this another trap game for us.
Hearing a lot of promos, incentives, etc for the Coogs to come out and support their team this Sat. Should be a good one.
Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHIt's a big compliment to SMU, we seem to be most teams Super Bowl.

Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHNever heard anyone say they like the UH band. Are you perhaps still in high school?

Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHTheir band works with the fans on chants
Something we don't do
Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHThey're trying to get the students to show up Saturday. They show up very well for football but not for basketball.
Ponies won by 21 four weeks ago. Shake had 27 points on 10 of 15 sheeting and the team shot 48% from behind the arc. Coogs were 42% but incredibly were just 40% overall from the field and were outrebounded by 12. Devin Davis (6'7" 230) is a nice addition since then to help in the middle.
Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHUH has been playing well as of late. This will e a tough game. WE really need to focus and play well. And we get a little much needed late season break after this game so no need to hold back.

Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHAt last year's game I was impressed w/their band. Played some pretty good music, very loud, and kept their students involved. I don't remember them having, or needing music on a PA.....which, IMO, is how it should be.
Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UHThis one worries me and it has nothing to do with their band.
We could use the week off BEFORE this one...not after. Party at The Wopper!
Re: OFFICIAL GAME 28 THREAD: SMU vs. UH
The blue hairs love it when the band plays Barbara Ann! Peruna is my mascot!
