Looks solid for a guy who missed over half of the season with an injury.

He's got another gear with the basketball. Even though the level of competition is not great, his offensive talent is very obvious.

Agreed. He has a real nice looking jumper and a smooth game. Looks like a real solid athlete. You can see why he blew up over the summer and got so many big offers. Tons of talent.

They believe Douglas has an NBA type ceiling. he's special etc. Obviously, long kid, skilled shooter, smooth athlete, can handle and distribute. What I like about the video is that he has a tangible skill and a means to get it. His release is no joke, so you want him pulling the trigger. As a means to that end, he already seems to have a one dribble game. Catch, dribble move, pull up, quick release. If you have that game, you get that look. Get that look, get dem buckets. Seems to be the perfect type kid we want here: athletic, skilled, nothing off the court to worry about and most likely a solid student (his high school is known for its strong academic reputation). Did he get a real memphis offer I wonder. Did we 'steal' him from them? Best player out of M town this class?

Looks good! Hope he doesn't fall in love with the so called inefficient midrange jumpers.

Ojay he got a real Memphis offer from Tubby but they didn't get in on him until late like we did so they didn't have much of a leg up. He only had a couple of offers until this summer when he exploded getting Michigan, FSU, ND, Us, etc.

I could see him playing a small version of what Shake did as a freshman, next year (not as many minutes) being mostly a spot up 2-guard, but he has that nice pull up J if they try to chase him off the 3-line. Then when Shake is gone he might get a look a PG or decide to keep him at 2. Hoop is spot on he has an NBA ceiling.

So who's is the best player of this class

Rating wise it is Douglas.

WD has a great mid-range jump shot, a skill that not too many have these days. Will be a real weapon against the soft spots in zone defenses.
