Any word on the severity? What an important piece to this team. We can't afford to lose him.

Jank said he tweaked an ankle and would be fine. Let's hope that is true.

43 hour turn-around for Saturday's game may have been the reason he didn't play after he was hurt

My thoughts exactly. Ice it in the lockerroom immediately. He may not see much action tomorrow if not needed. Let's see Dashawn step
Up.

If it's anything more than a rolled ankle or a real minor sprain, I would sit him and use McDowell and Wilfong. Get them some battle tested just in case minutes and get Gu 100%. We have 5 days off before our 1st conference tourney game.

Well, we know Wilfong will get at least some minutes since it's senior day. But McDowell is the one who will need to step up if Gu can't go.

McDowell did have one great alley-opp assist plus his best play was an excellent pass down low that found Semi all alone but Semi fumbled it. Got to the line on 2 drives but once again he misses most of his FTs. He really really needs to work on his Free Throws. He gets to the Line at a very high rate per minutes played off the dribble drive but then fails to convert

semi is shooting 76.5% on free throws. only a little behind shake and sterling. hes's not a terrible ft shooter.
to say he misses most of his free throws is just plain ridiculous.

Good info but did you mean to post it in a different thread?

Simi can drive the ball to the Rim.
LB preached that in practice.
One of the hundred stop and listen to me in practice. I forgot who it was but he told him I could care less about that jump shot anybody can do that, " I want somebody that could drive the ball to the rim"
I love the wrong thread

I'm 99% sure he was referring to McDowell's FT%

I believe the post was a reference to McDowell's free throw shooting, not Semi's.
