Notice a movie titled DISGRACED airing on Showtime at 8:00 tonight. Story about the murder and coverup at Baylor involving the BB program. Have not ever seen this before so I think it is new. Sorry if it is old news.

It is a new movie that is just coming out now. It should be a really good one, I'm excited to see it.

Unfortunately, there is a segment on Dave Bliss and his SMU days. Jon Koncak is interviewed and it's pretty damning to SMU. The NCAA could have put the hammer to us, but, we had just received the death penalty and they had mercy....believe it or not.

NCAA had openly said they could have given the DP to the BB program also but decided not to pursue that since FB was being executed.

Must be a good one as it aired during South by Southwest and Baylor fans claimed it was a UT hitpiece

Baylor fans also think CAB is a stand up kinda guy...

I can't find the link but I read a review of the documentary a couple of weeks ago. Bliss was very cooperative with the producers of the film. The article portrayed him as kind of a dubious human being who is still trying to smear the poor kid who was murdered. I was a Sonny Allen fan and never warmed up to him even though he certainly outcoached Sonny.

I am looking forward to seeing this one at some point for sure

Plus, Pye was doing it for them.

Film maker is an NTSU grad. Probably not very favorable towards SMU.

I watched this last night. It was disturbing and very sad. At the beginning, DB, to me, seemed sincere in his remorse over the entire event. However, as the doc continued, his sincerity seems to be a sham. I don't know the real truth about Dennehy and the drug thing. Carlton is too messed up psychologically by the events. And Harvey (I don't remember his surname) comes across as smug. My heart breaks for Dennehy's family. Koncak turned down the request for an interview. It's definitely worth watching.

Seems like a nice lazy afternoon to watch it. Just found it on SHO on demand.

Good idea. I am going to do the same.
