Overview
The SMU athletic department is trying to help make basketball more entertaining for students and filling out this survey is just the beginning. Just for completing the survey, your name will be put in a drawing to win gift certificates from M.D. Pluckers Wing Factory and Grill.
How It Works
Click on the link below and you will be asked to enter your student ID and password. Once accepted, you will be taken to the survey itself. Answer the questions and remember to leave your name and email for a chance at winning gift certificates from Pluckers.
**NOTE**: If your computer is running on Windows XP Home or Windows XP Pro you will need to type in SMU\\ before typing in your ID number in the username field.
If your login doesn't work or you are having problems getting to the survey, contact Ashley Crum at 214-768-4053 or email her at [email protected]. She can send you a pdf copy of the survey that you can fill out and return.
