It's a streamlined application that essentially does the same thing the web browser does. Plus more.

George- ESPN3 is on the internet. Find it on your computer. You can watch the game there or, if you have AppleTV, you can send it to your TV set.

I do three on laptop and hdmi to tv.
But it jumps, skips on video feed.

Roku, firestick, Apple TV should all work as well.

I just cut the cable cord and have fire sticks. Sling now or should I be able to stream straight from either Apple TV or amazon?

Experiment and check out every situation but I like the YouTube TV because you can share it with six people
