Sterling - damn it I'm late to practice I have got to get in there I don't have a choice I'll just have to pay the ticket double Park in the handicap.
Cops - check this fool that double parked in two handicap spots he needs to get a double ticket.
Sterling - oh no those cops are writing me a ticket I'm not taking no more s*** today.
Cops - chill out sir .

No cop is writing handicapped parking tickets at 2 AM on private property. Some incident occurred inside the store for the cops to have been summoned to the store to investigate. The rest is the unintended result.
