San Jose game

I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment. Can't resist listening in to see if we might finally put things together tonight. Nice start with Bhop hiting a trey. Must admit, I will not miss these 10:00 EST starts when we join CUSA.
Perusing the San Jose roster, can't help but notice these guys have 9 JUCO kids and 2 transfers (one from UMass, one from GWU) and only one H.S. Freshman. They've been down so long they obviously struggle to attract any talent.
We really need to win this one!

Im outside of the three mile radius where you can pickup the KSKY signal, so, if anyone listening could give updates it would be greatly appreciated.

I completely agree. My post-game mornings will be easier once league (CUSA) contests end at 10:15 PM EST (or earlier - at ECU, at Marshall, etc.) instead of midnight.

A few Ponyfans posters will be confused. They believe that TRUCKLOADS of JUCOS are the ticket to athletics glory. SJSU men's basketball is 5-15 overall / 0-10 conference going into tonight's game. SJSU was 3-8 during 2003 in football - depending heavily on JUCOS.
Go Mustangs.

What is going on with Isham? I think I have heard his name a grand total of once since I started listening. He has really faded this year.

He just got his first bucket of the game late in the second half....at least the ponies are up by double digits.

good timing. I just read your post and then Isham blocks a shot, takes it the length of the court and slams home his 1st 2 pts. You're right though. We were a different team when Justin was a bigger part of our offense earlier this season.

CP, I was trying to think what has changed in our game that has led to such a dramatic drop-off in production and I can't come up with much. Only thing I can think of is Dement saying he is intentionally slowing things down, but that would seem to help Isham being that he is an improved shooting guard this year (or at least appeared to be earlier in the season). Other than that, Bhop's points have been up so maybe that is taking away from Isham's looks. Wish we could see the early season form return though. I think that might help the team snap out of its funk.
