How did his post destroy his credibility? Jank can't/won't recruit. He has said he does not like to recruit. The program is clearly trending down, and his BS excuses reflect poorly on himself and the team.

He has an excuse for every single scenario, and you think the team does not reflect that? He has a non winning attitude, and his players pick up on his non winning attitude.
