Interesting exchange between Kendric Davis and Emmanuel Bandoumel:
Davis: "E-Man: you going to run it back next year?"
Bandoumel: "We'll have to see."
Davis: "We might just need to run it back"
This, after head coach Tim Jankovich said after the game that he was proud to honor the senior class, but said there is a chance of some returning for another year.

That would be awesome. If they come back and we can find a way to get Nutall's shot back we could have a fun year.

Hasn't been any talk of whether Tristan Clark would also qualify for another season. Not sure if he wants to keep playing but he could add to any big man rotation

We know that at a minimum, SMU will have 3 roster spots to replace (Weathers twins & Jasey). With 2 frosh signees, right now there is only one guaranteed spot but I would expect there could be a couple more openings...either seniors or transfers seeking minutes, depending on how may seniors return. I'd like to see all of them come back for that bonus year and expect guys like Phelps, Todorovic and Smith to improve significantly in their 2nd seasons playing at this level so next year's SMU roster could be really deep and talented

It is amazing to dream about both KD and Bandoumel returning and adding even more overall team talent with Coach Jankovich developing the freshman and working the portal.
