The Morning News says Larry Eustachy has joined UTEP's Billy Gillespie as frontrunners for the Aggie coaching job. Somehow, I have a hard time picturing either in College Station.

There are plenty of parties and pretty girls so Larry would be fine at A&M

Eustachy is a perfect fit for A&M. Why that program is that bad is a mystery. With the money they have there is no reason they shouldn't win. I don't see A&M taking a chance with Gillespie (he's had 1 great year). Don't get me wrong I think Gillespie is a solid coach, but A&M would be better served by hiring Eustachy.

One of the other posts said that Capel of Virginia Commonwealth was also a candidate for the Aggie job. They've danced quite often, but from a pretty mediocre conference. My guess is that it will be Gillespie and that Eustachy will end up at Houston (where there are plenty of bars). I think Penders is a red-herring. I'd bet Eustachy would love SMU by the way. Our co-eds are spectacular and fraternities have the best parties in the land. I'm surprised he hasn't been interviewed by us.

Comparing A&M partying and SMU partying is like comparing SMU football to the Dallas Cowboys (amateurs vs. professionals). Comparing Aggie women to SMU women is like comparing Sandra Bullock to Charlese Theron (not when she's playing a monster). If you like passable women with a few miles of road on them, A&M is your place.

From the looks of it, that's right up Eustachy's alley... a few drinks and even Aggies look passable...
