I know Enfield set a goal of 7 defensive "kills" (3 consecutive defensive stops) and I don't know that we got that last night but the defense picked up late and helped us build a 19 point lead that salted this game away. BJ Edwards was really good during that stretch and pressured the ball as soon as UNCG crossed the half court line.

On the offensive side, Chuck Harris had (for him) an off night shooting 4-13 FGs and 0-7 from three. Will be interesting to see how he plays against his former Butler team Friday night.

Great to see Samet Yiğitoğlu in action. Good depth with only BJ Edwards (32) playing more than 29 minutes.

Austin Peay won at Butler last weekend thanks to its NC State transfer, LJ Thomas (6'3" 199) who was a HS four star. He played 36 minutes and had 29 points with 8 boards and 3 assists. I assume Butler overlooked the Governors and will be ready for SMU.
