Carol Gwin has been named head coach of the SMU equestrian program, SMU Director of Athletics Rick Hart announced today. Gwin takes over the program on the Hilltop after four seasons as an assistant at two-time national champion South Carolina.

The Equestrian roster has been updated, and it is great to see Natalie Burton (assistant coach - Hunt Seat) and Trista Adkins (assistant coach - Western) are both still on the staff.

The majority of the big schools have all gone to three coaches and it's nice to see SMU doing the same.

It's going to be a great 2014-2015! Go Mustangs!
