W-Soccer: SMU vs. Sam Houston/Northwestern State

The Mustangs (1-3-2) will be home this weekend for games against both Sam Houston State (2-2-1) and Northwestern State (3-3-1).

SMU hosts Sam Houston State Friday night at 7pm. The Mustangs are 5-0-0 all-time against the Bearkats.

The Northwestern State game is Sunday at 1pm. This will be the first meeting between the Mustangs and Lady Demons.

SMU defeated Sam Houston State 3-1.

Paige Jacobs scored two goals. Lauren Guerra had the other SMU goal. Vanessa Valadez had three assists.

Northwestern State is still 3-3-1 after being forced to cancel their match last night against Texas State due to weather.

Texas State led 3-0 late in the first half when the game was called.
