Sure the first two goals were bad goals, but the game-winner was absolutely beautiful.
There is some fantastic freshman talent on this team.
Go Ponies!
No such thing as a "bad goal". Maybe a lucky goal. Anyway, as I saw it, first goal was a result of keeper misjudging the ball because we had a man breaking towards him although aways out. Second goal was the result of keeper not being able to handle a hard shot. Both good goals.
Bad goals from Tulsa's perspective. A decent keeper should not give them up most of the time. Yes - the first goal was created by great SMU hustle, and the second goal was from a nice hard shot. SMU certainly aggressively contributed to both of them!

Oh - a big thanks is also in order to the athletic department and team for doing their best to organize a red out. I wore a red shirt to work all day as well!
It was nice to get as many of us in red as possible - I thought the amount of red was pretty good.
Side note - could Tulsa have worse uniforms? Unreadable numbers and stripes like bra straps? No thanks...

I'm assuming they were wearing the new Adidas unis that were worn in the World Cup.

No - not the new adidas TechFit with the built-in torso support. The Tulsa uniforms were blue and actually had white stripes around the shoulder blades that looked like bra straps.

They were impossible to read. Dark yellow/gold on dark blue, and the numbers were reflective so they could be read only at very specific angles. Those things should be outlawed.
