This really is cool. I hope they really do have a new entry every week as advertised.

You have to give credit to the other sports for giving the fans some more personal insight into the teams. The extra exposure can only help build the fan bases.

Both women's soccer and men's soccer have been very active on twitter - and volleyball has taken it to the next level by also adding a lot of content to their facebook page.

Men's soccer has been reasonably active on facebook as well - but it's mainly been linking to the articles on the SMU site so far. Hopefully things will get more interesting once the season gets underway.

Now if we could only get women's soccer to create a facebook page...
