W-Soccer: 2013 Schedule

Interesting question. I have no clue, but I would think in general the answer is no.

Some of the teams have put pictures/video on facebook/twitter/youtube of the team doing things like going to the beach and stuff like that, but I imagine that is more the exception than the rule though.

If you think about it, on a Friday/Sunday road trip the team would travel after class Thursday, train and play Friday, travel and regenerate Saturday, play and travel home on Sunday.

With what looks like more Thursday/Sunday road trips this season, there would seem to be some potential free time on Saturday so who knows.

Some interesting schedule releases today...

The Memphis and USF schedules are out, which pretty much fills in the remainder of the conference schedule - which should be close to this:

We would play Houston on the weekend of Oct 17-20.

Also of note, TCU released their schedule and the froggies will be at Westcott on Sept. 12.

The really interesting one is Colorado State which says they will be at SMU at noon on Friday, August 30 (the day of the Tech football game!).

We were planning on going to the library and then to the SMU-tech game but if there's a soccer game at noon........THAT would be awesome to be able to see 2 sporting events in one day!

I'm usually pretty good about guessing the numbers for the incoming freshmen but I only got one right this year!
