I saw that we got two red cards before the second set. Bet the ncaa will slam us for that.

Why were they called?

I expect they were for intentionally delaying the start of the second set.

I just looked at the rules and you get a red card for every 30 seconds you don't take the court. The penalty is a point to the opposition, and we started the second set down 2-0.

Wow. Houston totally coogs it tonight falling in five sets to lowly Memphis after being up 2-0 - at home!

Tied the conference record for blocks in a single match with 13 blocks against UCF. She also tallied 15 kills on .500 hitting in the win over the Knights and contributed 9 kills with a .500 hitting percentage in a four set win against USF.
