SMU Women's Equestrian Team Competes This Saturday
Posted: Thu Feb 17, 2005 4:44 pmThe West Texas A&M University women's equestrian team plays host to 13 schools from Zone VII-Region 2 this Saturday, February 19 at the WTAMU Horse Center in Canyon beginning at 8 a.m and the second show starting at 3 p.m. Sunday's day of competition will be a single varsity head-to-head against the University of South Carolina starting at 9 a.m.
120 riders will compete in the single day show this Saturday from 13 different schools besides WTAMU such as Texas A&M University, Oklahoma State University, Southern Methodist University, Texas Tech University, North Central Texas College, Texas State University, Southern Nazarene University, Stephen F. Austin University, Trinty University, Louisiana State, Texas A&M University-Commerce and Rice University.
