Men's soccer-David Gomez
Posted: Thu Mar 03, 2005 12:54 amDavid Gomez a 2004 McDonald All American from Garland was one of Schellas' top signees last year in a star studded class . He apparently did not gain admittance to SMU at the last moment and ended up at NAIA Northwood University in Cedar Hill where he plays for a former SMU assistant coach for Schellas. Just speculation, but I would not be surprised to see him back one day at SMU if he gets his academics in order.
