Soccer Red Shirts???
Posted: Fri Sep 08, 2006 12:19 pmNoticed that four of our freshman recruits including highly regarded Casey Hibbs are no longer listed on the official roster. I wonder if they have been red shirted. These recruits are Jared Champlin, Seth Tamminga, Casey Hibbs and Francisco Alvarez. The current roster lists 27 players, 8 of whom are freshman including 2 goalkeepers. Only four of these freshman have seen quite a bit of playing time, Leone Cruz, Stephen Grant, Dane Saintus and Jaime Benitez although none are starters at this point.
