VolleyBall Mustangs Fall in Conference Opener to Tulsa, 3-0

Tough loss for the conference opener, although Tulsa is a great team, hopefully we can rebound at the tournament in Indiana before taking on UCF next Friday.

After a bit of a delay, we've got some volleyball (and soccer) pics that will be in the Photo of the Day rotation. I think the first one pops up next week.

Tough night last night for the Ponies, but this is a more talented, athletic team than in years past. Rachel Giubilato and Caitlin Rainbird are pretty nasty hitters, and Natalie Peters, Kendra Kahanek, Kara Cornelius, etc., are pretty tough up front, including defensively.

They were terrific winning their home tournament a couple of weeks ago, and should do well as the conference part of the season rolls along.
