wow. Do not watch a lot of soccer but I have to believe that is not a common occurence.

Clearly someone at the university sent it in — Rosenbaum's goal made No. 2 on SportsCenter's "Not Top 10" list, with an acknowledgment that it easily should have been on the Top 10 list. Being replayed all morning.

Amazing. It looked like when it bounced, it caught something to give it that extra speed and hop as it went over the keeper's head. It looked like it accelerated on the bounce.
Great goal! Great win!

Talk about a dream play for a defender (and of course all defenders want to play offense). Can you imagine his call to his parents after that game?
"Yeah, we won. Yeah, I played. Oh ... and I scored from 95 yards out."
No way they would believe him.
Can't wait to see our next opponent devise a form of a prevent defense to try to "contain Rosenbaum."
I've watched soccer for a lot of years, and never seen a goal at any level like that.

Over the years I have seen a couple similar to that but never from that distance. Really caught the keeper off guard. Way to go Ponies.

General, It looks like the rain made the field slick - it took off on the skid.
I have seen goal keepers score off a punt but never a defender from so far back - Incredible. If there wasn't video, I wold not believe it.
Awesome that it also was a game decider.
