Women's Soccer Announces Spring Schedule
Five Games Against Big 12 South Rivals

DALLAS (SMU) - SMU Women's Soccer announced their 2010 spring schedule today, one that includes five games against regional rivals, all from the Big 12 South.
"We always try to test our players by playing the best competition possible," said head coach Brent Erwin. "We are playing tremendous teams from around the region who will bring out the best in our players."
SMU begins the spring schedule at Westcott Field on March 20, as they host former Southwest Conference rival Baylor at 7 p.m. Baylor finished 2009 at 8-6-5.
The Mustangs then travel to Austin on March 31 to face the Texas Longhorns at 7 p.m. The Mustangs then take on Texas A&M at 7 p.m. on April 10th in College Station. The Aggies finished 2009 ranked 13th in the nation and reached the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
SMU's final home game of the spring is on April 17, as they host Texas Tech at 1 p.m. Texas Tech finished 2009 at 8-8-4. The Mustangs wrap up the spring on April 24 in Norman, Okla., as they face the Oklahoma Sooners at 7 p.m.
