Incoming Freshman Jessica Bartol Named IMG Player of the Year
BRADENTON, Fla. (SMU) --- SMU women's soccer signee Jessica Bartol was awarded IMG Soccer Academies' Girls Player of the Year Award. Bartol is a standout midfielder from the IMG Soccer Academy who has trained with the US Under-17 National Team. She is also a member of the Region III and Florida Olympic Development Program teams. Bartol is ranked as the No. 16 recruit in Florida by TopDrawerSoccer.com. Last year's winner of the IMG award, Erika Tymrak, was named to the Soccer America All-Freshman team following her freshman campaign at the University of Florida.
