SMU wins C-USA title!

Just a reminder — after watching or listening to the football team's game, head out to Westcott Field Saturday night for a 7 p.m. home game between the No. 5 SMU men's soccer team and Kentucky, in the last home game of the regular season. Kentucky is a very good team, and Saturday is the last time to see the SMU seniors — Josue Soto, Kekoa Osorio, Pana Vasquez, Craig Hill and Leone Cruz — in the regular season.

The Ponies did it. SMU beat Kentucky, 2-0, to win the 2010 Conference USA regular-season men's soccer championship.
If SMU hosts any NCAA tournament games (and they're in a good position to do so, although seedings, etc., will be dictated in part by how they do in the Conference USA tournament), make sure you get out to Westcott Field to support the Ponies. This team has had a really remarkable season, and can use a big boost from the crowd in the postseason.
