Why did he transfer? Was he expected to contribute next year?

highly rated freshman who played in all but 2 games the past season. He is from Indiana and looks like a case of home sickness. I guess it could also be a playing time issue. With our depth and probably a great new class coming in, this will not be a major loss I imagine although you always hate to lose a talented player.

He plays the same position as Arthur Ivo, so it's easy to understand why he envisioned another year of minimal playing time. He has some talent, but it's not like we lost Castillo, Barnes or Derschang.
