The MLS actually has a supplemental draft next week. This year the Superdraft was shortened from three rounds to two rounds. I'm sure Ivo will be taken in the supplemental draft.

I have no idea why they have the draft in two phases. I think the Superdraft has limited eligibility or something like that.
