Equestrian: SMU at TCU
Posted: Thu Oct 04, 2012 9:43 pmThe Mustangs head to Fort Worth Friday for a Hunter Seat contest against the Horned Frogs at 2pm (last I heard none of the TCU riders have been arrested or suspended).
SMU is 3-0 for the first time in school history, and are ranked No. 10 nationally by the NCEA!
As expected, All-American Emma Roberts has had a strong start to the season, and contributions from freshmen Schaefer Raposa and Alex Butterworth have been great for the team. Julie Fischer is also off to a nice start this year.
We really need this win to get SMU back on top of TCU overall for the academic year (women's soccer win, football loss).
