IRVING, Texas (SMU) - SMU midfield duo Taylor Robinson and Rikki Clarke were each named to the All-Conference USA Tournament team on Sunday, the league office announced.

Clarke was extremely active, seeming to always find the ball. The Keller, Texas native scored the game-winning goal against Rice in the first round. Clarke received a cross from Shelby Redman and made a terrific first touch with her left foot to set up the same foot for a shot that was ripped into toward the left corner. The goal gave the Mustangs a 2-0 lead and the team would win the game 3-1.

Robinson was all over the place in both games, using her energy to regularly give the Mustangs the possibility of counter-attacks from defense to offense. Robinson's ball movement through the middle of the pitch was crucial in the win over Rice, and her activity helped SMU keep up with No. 20 UCF in the second round.

SMU finished the season 9-8-4, making its fourth C-USA semifinal appearance in eight years.
