W-Soccer: Exhibition at Missouri

The women's soccer team ushers SMU into The American with an exhibition game at Missouri Saturday night. Everybody is excited about this game and the season!

That will be cool if they really have the GameTracker up and running. Last fall when these teams played an exhibition in Dallas, neither team even wore uniforms - so it was hard to tell who was who and it would have been pretty much impossible to track the game I would think.

Maybe that was a passing fad last year with teams being concerned about other teams scouting their exhibitions, but if the GameTracker is really up and running Saturday I'm sure there will be tons of SMU fans keeping an eye on this one.

Missouri wins 3-2.

SMU goals from Bari Kesner (Shelby Redman) and Redman (Courtney Smith).

Based on the gametracker, the stats look pretty even, although Missouri was up 2-0 and 3-1.

Shots were 15-13 Missouri (Redman had 8!), shots on goal were 7-6 Missouri. Corners were even at 6-6.

SMU hosts Louisiana-Monroe Friday night to start the season!
