As expected, SMU has officially announced the promotion of Natalie Burton to Interim Head Coach and the hiring of Trista Adkins as assistant coach for the Western team. It's great to know Adkins has experience starting a new Western team!

Exhibition at Baylor tomorrow! It will be interesting to see how the Western team does.

SMU defeated Baylor in the exhibition today on the raw score tiebreaker. The score was 11-11 (1460-1187.25).

The Mustangs won Hunter Seat 7-5, while Western only lost 6-4 in their first competition in program history. Congratulations!
