One item of great interest in the game notes to followers of the program is Courtney Smith's assist on Shelby Redman's goal Thursday has now moved Smith into a tie for 10th all-time at SMU in assists!

Monday was a great win for the team as the non-conference season winds down. Those are the kinds of games you need to go out and win 4-0.

Special congratulations to Courtney Smith, who is off to a great start in her senior season and is really making a mark in the SMU record book.

After Monday night's game, Smith has 24 career assists, which has her tied for 8th all-time in SMU history and 7th among active NCAA players.

Her 7 assists in 2013 are also currently tied for second in the NCAA.
